Johnny is a fanon Botler, the male equivalent of a Nandroid, and a side character appearing briefly in chapter eight of the fan story Stress Test Anon.
After Anonymous takes several anger management classes and passes a final test, it's shown that his psychiatrist, Dr. Vermillion, is secretly in love with her botler, Johnny, who she tells about Anonymous passing as her and Johnny kiss.
