Madison is a fanon Nandroid, a modified unit part of a line built by Sterling for a U.S. Government contract. Her unit’s primary purpose is to act as an assistant for scientific research teams, dealing with secretarial work, first aid, hazardous material handling, and even acting as a driver for the team; but she can also double as security should the need arise. She is virtually indistinguishable from a normal Nandroid to the naked eye, the main visual difference is a slightly thicker chassis to accommodate thicker plating and a taser replacing the built-in pepper spray.
Her class underwent a two year long training process, being the first deployment for their field. After acquiring all of the necessary certifications for their work, they were shipped off to their assignments. Madison had the misfortune of being deployed to possibly the most boring assignment available, with almost no budget afforded. She spends most of her time playing caretaker to Dr. Starcher, a young grad student with a minuscule government grant, with most of her free time consisting of watching Star Trek reruns and dealing with Tabby’s shenanigans,[2] who she rescured from a garbage dump in 1977.[3]
