Mahla is a fanon Nandroid and a main character in the fan story Franklin Mears. She works as a medic, scout, radio operator, spotter, and driver for the Syrian Interim Government. She has short, buzzed hair.
After receiving an anonymous tip, report Franklin Mears travels to the Middle East to investigate Nandroids there being used in war. He meets with a local Syrian rebel group and is introduced to Mahla. She discloses she was specially trained by Sterling Robotics to be able to use firearms, create IEDs, and drive vehicles before being given to the Syrian government to "to help the civilian population" and fight against Assad.[1] Mahla also talks about her sister and friend Adja, but doesn't seem to know anything about any other Nandroids fighting there.
