Vivi is a fanon Nandroid who was posted once by an Anonymous creator and no further information exists, save for her one original image.
She works for (and is possibly owned by) Stephenson Preschool and Day Care. She has several replacement appendages as well as noticeable wear and tear from the time spent caring for the children of the school.
