Charlie is a fanon Nandroid who has been specially modified to participate in races for Sterling Robotics. She is an "alternate appendage" model with articulable feet allowing her to drive cars. Most of her design is based off of '60s racing attire. While a story was being worked on for her, it was never publicly released.[1]
