After the death of her owners and extraordinary legal persuasion by surviving relative and lawyer Carter Craw, Olivia became both the legal guardian of Andrew and Janet's three surviving children and the custodian of the estate until the eldest becomes of age. She is in possession of a Three Nines Fine warranty ticket, granting her continued maintenance an repair support from Sterling despite being long past her End of Life date.
She is currently unable to perform her usual household duties due to damage to her arms sustained during her escape from rogue Sterling engineer [[Vincent Marduk|Dr. Marduk]]'s during a proactive procedure to replace worn hip and knee joints. Her left and right arms are now slightly bent up and down, respectively, and chronic and uncontrollable shaking in them and her hands precludes her from reliably holding or manipulating cleaning apparatuses and other items. Sterling is working to find replacement parts, but her advanced age means few are available. Whether she will ever be up to full speed again remains unknown.
