Olivia is a Model 02 nandroid formerly owned by the late Andrew and Janet Craw to assist in maintaining their home and assisting with the care of their children, Laurel, Andy, and Tommy. She, along with her twin sister Natalia, were both custom ordered from Sterling with purple eyes and vanity names by Andrew and his brother Carter at the same time. Olivia is the oldest nandroid still in service, having served the Craw family for eighteen years.
After the death of her owners and extraordinary legal persuasion by surviving relative and lawyer Carter Craw, Olivia became both the legal guardian of Andrew and Janet's three surviving children and the custodian of the estate until the eldest becomes of age. She is in possession of a Three Nines Fine warranty ticket, granting her continued maintenance an repair support from Sterling despite being long past her End of Life date.
She is currently unable to perform her usual household duties due damage to her arms sustained during her escape from rogue Sterling engineer Dr. Marduk's during a proactive procedure to replace worn hip and knee joints. Her left and right arms are now slightly bent up and down, respectively, and chronic and uncontrollable shaking in them and her hands precludes her from reliably holding or manipulating cleaning apparatuses and other items. Sterling is working to find replacement parts, but her advanced age means few are available. Whether she will ever be up to full speed again remains unknown.

Personality
Olivia is a quiet and reserved nandroid, perfectly happy and content in her role as the Craw family's nandroid. She often helps the children of the family with their own activities, and enjoyed listening to the mistress of the house perform with her piano, sometimes even tapping out her favorite tunes on nearby surfaces. Because of her responsibility in protecting Andrew's vast antique collection, Olivia is a stickler for dust and finds dusting one of her most enjoyable household duties.
Her extended interactions with Andrew's collection have left her with a fairly robust knowledge of certain categories of antiques.
Relationships
Olivia graduated from Nandroid School with her twin sister Natalia, who she would occasionally work alongside at family events and other functions when Andrew Craw and Carter Craw both attended. Due to their radically different personalities resulting in chronic disagreement, Olivia frequently let Natalia take charge of cooperative tasks to avoid conflict. While they were never friends, Olivia vastly preferred Natalia's company to Oliver's.
Olivia strongly dislikes her fellow botler Oliver and actively avoids interacting with him as much as possible, going so much as to avoid speaking his name. Carter's move to the West Coast has made this easy, until recent events putting her in regular contact with Carter increased her risk of talking to Oliver.

Behind the scenes
At the time of Olivia's conception, OliviAnon had little idea of what a nandroid was besides occasionally seeing drawings of Avery and Lulu, much less that there was an entire webcomic those two characters were based on. OliviAnon then encountered a screenshot of a short Greentexts co story prompt, written by RustyHorns, posted on content aggregation website FunnyJunk. RustyHorns mentioned that nobody did anything with the prompt, and OliviAnon felt bad that it went unused, and over the course of a few hours wrote a oneshot that was later refined into Three Nines Fine Part 1.
Due to OliviAnon's lack of familiarity with the source material, Olivia's purple eyes and name ending in -ia instead of -y/ie were originally attributed to her being an older, outdated model than Emmy. Upon discovering the comic and that Emmy is a first-generation nandroid, these details were altered to make her newer than Emmy, while still retaining the purple eyes and -ia name to avoid retconning the character design.
Trivia
The Craw ruling is briefly mentioned in Nandroids in Space while Tilly is watching television. This brief cameo was later tied into Three Nines Fine Part 6 with expanded dialogue from the newscaster.
Dr. Marduk is referenced in a later chapter of Nandroids in Space.
