Britney is a fanon Nandroid and the main character from the fan story Britney the Nandroid. She is chronically nervous and has fears of becoming an outmode. After her and her friends Stacy and Nelly receive their family assignments, Britney is saddened that she isn't in the same neighborhood as the other two, but tells herself she will try her best for her new owner.[2]
The next day the Nandroids are delivered to their families and Britney meets Mr. Morin who shows her around the house and commands her to begin cleaning right away. She finds it strange that there is already a charging station and replacement uniform in the home but continues her duties. After a bumpy first day where she almost spills some garbage and serves dinner late, she writes in a diary she found.[3]
The following day, after a rushed morning, Britney has to delivery Mr. Morin's lunch to him but is met with more hostility. After stopping at the grocery store on the way home she decides she'd like to have a portion of her hair dyed, like her owner, so she goes to a nearby salon and buys white hair dye, giving herself the white stripe in her hair. When her owner comes home for the day he shows no interest and claims she looks just like she did when she first arrived. Saddened, Britney makes dinner and before going to bed writes in her diary again.[4]
