Celly is a Nandroid who works for the Pharos City Hotel/Resort. She is an assistant to the Maître d' of the hotel helping wherever necessary and making sure guests have a pleasant stay. She likes film, movies, and photography.
Summary
Celly was purchased by the Pharos City Hotel/Resort in the same purchase deal as many of the other Nandroids in the area. Being an assistant to the Maître d' she is tasked with filling in where required to make sure the hotel runs smoothly and ensuring guests have a nice stay. She performs many basic tasks like collecting laundry, room cleaning, and helping in the kitchen, to advanced services like meeting VIP guests when they arrive.
She is given a private room in the hotel which she shares with her friend Vivi. During the winter months Waverly also works for the hotel and shares the same room.
Hobbies
Part of the Pharos City Hotel/Resort includes a movie theater complex which Celly likes to frequent when she has free time. While many of the movies are outside of her understanding, she enjoys watching them and aspires to create movies of her own. To this end, she has taken up photography and film making and likes to snap pictures of 'interesting' items and places that inspire her.

- Celly can occasionally get her friends to join in the movie making using clothes and items from the hotels Lost and Found as costumes and props.
