She has lived with them in their house in Hawthorn Grove for over four years, where she cares for their adopted daughter Michelle. Polly is similar to Molly in many regards, she is shown being confident and matter-of-fact. Polly is most often paired with her friend Molly, and they are seen gossiping and laughing to themselves often, typically at the expense of Franny or a juicy piece of gossip.
